We currently provide returns of size and design exchanges if the product and size you would like to change to is still available.
For discount / sale items, we do not accept returns / refunds for these items. Please check and make sure your items and size are correct.
To process a return, please contact us with your customer name, phone number and product you would like to change to. Postage back to Arimae Kids will need to be borne by buyer.
Arimae Kids is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is received by our Courier and delivered safely to customers
